Jennifer Dickie- Sixth Grade Math, Science, & Technology

This will be Jennifer Dickie’s first year teaching at ACMS and her first year teaching in middle school. After completing college she spent time guiding wilderness trips, working with middle and high school youth on life skills and values development, and working for 15 years as a carpenter. She recently spent five years with her family living and working on the Navajo Nation where an earlier interest in geology was rekindled. After moving to Atlanta she decided to pursue a graduate degree in geology at Georgia State University. She is very excited to apply her passion for geology and experiential education in the class room while teaching earth science and math to 6th graders!

Jennifer currently lives in East Atlanta with her family of four, one dog, one cat, two goats, and 11 chickens.
