Mrs. McHardy comes to ACMS with ten years of teaching secondary science in various districts across the United States. She holds a degree from Spelman College in both biology and science education, with a Masters degree in Education fromthe University of New Haven. She has three very busy little people at home ages two, five, and seven. She loves nature and her favorite place is the beach. She spent three years on the island of Tobago, where she and her husband owned a restaurant called the Lion's Den. She loves to travel, do yoga, and visit art galleries.
